COMMUTATORS
Copper and copper alloyed Profiles for the commutator industry, particularly made from copper-silver alloys are mainly requested due to their unique properties such as the increase of softening temperature. Depending on the final application, we supply oxygen-free copper profiles with silver ranging from 0.01% to 0.20% Ag or as per customers requirement.
APPLICATIONS
Profiles are used within the field of electrical motors used in the automotive industry, such as fans, window lifts, central locking systems, ABS systems, fuel pumps and other extra equipment. Commutators are also found in large and small household appliances, such as dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, dryers and drilling machines.
