Anna Nileholt is sharing her story with us; what she performs in her daily work and why she has chosen to stay with Elcowire since 1989.

What do you work with at Elcowire?
I am currently working as a forwarding agent in the logistics department, which belongs to Supply Chain.
I book freights for both domestic and export matters and we send these by car, boat and by air.
It can be anything from smaller packages, simple pallets and “full loads”, ie 25–35 ton heavy cars.
I am also responsible for export documents and various certificates for transports, I follow up on delivery times at the customer and produce shipping prices to our sellers.

What previous experience do you have that makes it suitable for your job today?
I have worked at Elcowire for a very long time, since April 1989!
I have been in the quality department and worked as a production planner in one of our production departments.
The experience I have from the two departments, the knowledge of different products, packaging and customers, helps me a lot in the job I have today.

What do you think is the best thing about this workplace?
It is a stable and safe workplace. I feel that I can develop myself, learn new things and tasks. The company cares about its staff. It is simply a very good workplace and it is noticeable that many have been here for a very long time!
