Our service does not end with an in-time delivery. To support our customers in estimating lifetime of products, to doublecheck installation quality etc. we can offer several on-site measurements like:

• Gauging of the contact wire diameter
• Calculation of the worn cross section and extrapolation of the lifetime expectation of contact wires in operation
• Check of the microwaves on longitudinal axis of installed contact wires (based on EN 50149)
• Measurement of the creep strain of contact wire and messenger wire
• Calculation of current carrying capacity (ampacity) under customized environmental conditions
• Recommendations of product and material selection for maintenance and new projects
